  • What is a 'Pre-order' item?
    • Pre-order items are listed in the monthly Previews catalogue roughly two months before they go on-sale, so if you're ordering items from the August Previews catalogue, those items are scheduled to come out in October. When you order a pre-order item we will verify your credit or debit card information. We will only charge your card for your purchases when stock comes in and we are ready to ship your order. Please note that in placing an order for a 'pre-order' item you are making a binding commitment to buy the product. It's through taking advance orders that we can most accurately calculate our overall orders, receive the best discounts from suppliers and offer these great prices to our customers.
  • When is the cut-off for pre-order items?
    • Orders for pre-order items must be placed by the due date of 5pm (PST) on the last Tuesday of the month.
  • What are my shipping options?
    • We can ship your items every week, every two weeks or once a month, whichever is more convenient for you. We ship by USPS Priority mail. If you live in zip codes 84341 and 84321, we can deliver your entire order to your door for a flat fee of $2 per delivery.

    • I saw something in the current Previews catalogue but can't find it on your website. Can I still order it from you?
    • Yes. We are happy to supply all items listed in the Previews catalogue. Please e-mail us for prices and availability.
  • How do your shipping rates work?
    • All of our shipping rates are calculated automatically on checkout. You may then select the frequency of your shipments. As comics are released on a weekly basis, you may select the Ship as Items Become Available option in order to receive them opening week, but the shipping fee specified will be applied to each of those shipments. If you select the Ship at the End of the Month option, you would only pay the shipping charge the one time. Obviously, if you are ordering items which are already in stock, the shipment will be lumped into a single shipping charge on those items.
  • What do I do if I want to cancel my order?
    • If you wish to cancel an item or order before the due date each month, please notify us by e-mail and we will be happy to modify your order. We can't cancel any orders after the due date has passed.
  • What do I do if an item arrives and it's damaged, or an order arrives incomplete?
    • If an item arrives damaged or an item is missing from your shipment and is listed on your packing list, please notify us immediately so that we can reorder the item(s). In the event replacements are unavailable, we will issue a credit for any damaged goods. We reserve the right to request the damaged items be returned and will provide credit for any return shipping charges.
